How do I know the walls will be fully covered and not show through?
Will the crew protect my floors, furniture, and belongings from paint drips?
Yes — full drop-cloth coverage of every floor and horizontal surface is non-negotiable on every job. Outlet covers, switch plates, thermostats, and cabinet hardware are removed or masked before the first brush touches a wall. We treat your home as if it were our own.
What paint finish will you use on trim vs. walls vs. ceilings?
We use the industry-standard finish for each surface: flat or low-sheen for ceilings, eggshell or satin for walls, and semi-gloss for all trim, baseboards, and doors. We will never apply satin where semi-gloss belongs. Every finish decision is reviewed with you before we start.
Do you caulk around windows, baseboards, and trim as part of the job?
Yes. Professional caulking before painting is part of our standard interior process — not an add-on you have to request. We caulk all gaps between trim and wall surfaces to deliver a clean, finished look that holds up over time.
How accurately do you estimate the amount of paint needed?
Our estimates are based on precise square footage calculations and the appropriate spread rate for each product. We never overbuy and leave you with three 5-gallon buckets you did not need — and we certainly never store a paint roller inside one of your buckets.
What happens if I find missed spots or issues after the job is done?
We conduct a formal walk-through with you at the end of every job before we accept final payment. Any items on that punch list get fixed the same day or the very next morning — by a full crew, not a single person with a paint can. Once you sign off, our work is done right.
Are you licensed and insured to paint in the St. Petersburg area?
White Glove Painting is fully licensed and insured in Florida. We are happy to provide proof of license and certificate of insurance before any contract is signed. Never hire an unlicensed painter — if something goes wrong, you have no legal protection.
Will you show up when you say you will?

Can I get a refund if the work is not done properly?
We stand behind our work with a written labor warranty. If any issue arises from our workmanship, we come back and fix it — free of charge, promptly, and without you having to send your address multiple times. Our goal is that you never need to pick up a paintbrush after we leave.
